May 9th: Buy Real Estate with a guaranteed Lease Option Tenant

Speaker's Bio: Kevin A. Dunlap

Kevin has been investing in real estate for over 3 years. He got his start by reading Robert Kiyosaki’s book “Cashflow Quadrant”.  Over the course of 3 years he has bought properties in 3 states including multi-unit buildings, rental homes and flips.  As of today he has 17 units, all of which are currently rented.

Nearly a year ago Kevin and his business partner, Michelle, devised a unique way to buy properties.   This technique has proven to be revolutionary yet almost to simple to believe. The idea has blossomed to the point in which both have started to devise franchising ways to expand into other markets, and aspire to take this overseas sometime in the future.

Subject Matter:

Buying Las Vegas properties w/ guaranteed Lease Option  tenants.

We will discuss our revolutionary, yet simple, concept on buying properties in Las Vegas, and other cities, with a guaranteed Lease Option tenant that will be paying higher than average rent.  These tenants will have higher respect for the property and have a higher chance of buying the property from you, thus cashing you out quickly.

Bio of Mark Sumpter, How to buy discounted real estate and how to do short sales? April 11th

Mark Sumpter was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended Central Missouri State University, where he pursued a degree in Criminal Justice and was eventually hired as a police officer by the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department.

While Mark enjoyed being a police officer, the long hours associated with his assignments didn’t allow him to live the quality of life he wanted for himself and his family.  In his first year investing in pre-foreclosures, Mark acquired $496,000 in pre-foreclosures within the first 90 days, using none of his own money. Although Mark holds property for great cash flow, his passion is short sales in the pre-foreclosure and short sale arena.

Now, a former officer, Mark has developed the most comprehensive systematic approached to buying and selling pre-foreclosures available. Using his current system and only one full time assistant, he as perfected the art of short sales like no one else has.  At one time, Mark and his assistant were handling 88 short sales at one time.  The only possible way was using a system.

The system Mark wants to share with you is the same system he uses in his business every day.  Whether it’s eight deals or 88, his system allows you to make money in the pre-foreclosure world. Mark’s specialty is buying pre-foreclosures. He and his staff are well-respected and sought after in his market.
