About EmeryNet Wealth Discussion Group

The EmeryNet Wealth Discussion Group began in 2001 as the EmeryNet Job Seekers Group, founded by Tessie Cuy, a high tech recruiter with 10 years experience. With the downturn in high technology hiring, and a blossoming interest in real estate investing among both Tessie and the membership, the group morphed into the Wealth Discussion Group, whose original purpose was to educate the community about different loan programs catering to investors and first time homebuyers.

EWDG has changed again, now being composed of real estate investors helping each other accumulate knowledge and wealth. Invited guest speakers talk on careers, investments, legal strategies, asset protection, business entity formation, taxes, buying properties in foreclosure, and different investment strategies.
