Do you want to help homeowners in financial difficulty and make money at the same time? We're looking for help in the following areas.

Full time/Part time:

1. Deal Finder - aka prospector, bird dog. Identify distressed homeowners and provide us with names, addresses, phone numbers, and other basic information.

2. Research Associate. Search public records at local court houses for information such as title and liens.

3. Door Knocking Executive. You are a people person, persistent, tenacious, and immune to rejection. You can think on your feet, and even if you don't get the deal the first time or the second time, you can still bring back valuable information.

4. Investor Relations Officer. You find and bring in investors and property buyers.

5. Project Leader. You train and lead our associates, make financial forecasts, strategize and negotiate. Must know Excel. Accounting backround a plus.

On call:

1. Appraisers, inspectors.

2. Rehabbers.

3. Handymen - carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, carpet layers.
